This company is top-notch. The receptionist who scheduled us was friendly and accommodating. Vince was clearly an expert who was able to spot our problem immediately and solve it in a timely fashion. I had contacted multiple services all over the area while looking to vacate what I thought was 2-3 bats. Everywhere I called was ridiculously expensive and wanted money down to even come out to see the problem along with no guarantee of effective service. I happened to pass Vince in his truck (great moving billboard!) and thought I'd give him a try. He was very responsive and came out to do an assessment and ideas on how to tackle the problem. He ended up being able to squeeze me in much sooner than anticipated and got the job done, also found out that there were significantly more than 2-3 bats

The best service!! I heard scratching and the next morning they came out to look in my attic and around my house and gave me a plan to tackle the bat problem. And these guys came recommended by friends that use them on a continuous basis. Super impressed! Great service.

We hired 1st Defense to initially deal with a rodent issue in our country home. Vincent came out shortly after, and was able to grab the rat that was causing issues inside our floors after it had gotten into some of the over the counter poison. He disposed of it for us, and came up with a specialized plan for us. He came back the following week and then came upon another issue of rodents in our well house. He then informed us of another route to take that would be the best bang for our buck. We were able to then save money, and do a monthly maintenance program instead. Within days he noticed activity

Vince was highly recommended by two people instantly! Impressive! He did not charge for an inspection! That saved me $100 right there!. He connected to me FAST. Came the following day.. Let me know what had to be done, the cost. and best of all, (for me), was the great confidence he had that this was but a minor problem and he knew what to do and very sure of his products. Vince arrived for the first visit and laid out all of the information needed for his services. He warned me that he was not the "Pied Piper" and the bugs would not just be completely gone after the first visit. They were basically gone after the first visit! In the month following the first treatment there was a dramatic decrease is spiders and earwigs in my home! Thoroughly impressed! Vince was professional and ensured to provide explanations for all questions asked of him (and there were plenty)! Thank you for assisting in making our house feel like a home again!

Vincent is awesome to work with and easy to maintain contact with. His services are incredible and he's made my house much more spider/mosquito/tick free as I asked him to do. Not only are my dogs happier but it is also much more enjoyable to spend time outside around the fire pit! I was freaking out over spiders and bugs that were invading my home because it is that time of the year and Vince came over right away and treated inside and outside with professionalism, skill and was very courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my fears and question. He was honest and did not push unnecessary services on me. Later at one of my rentals I had a bat problem and possible insulation damage. Well low and behold he was able to solve the bat problem and if I needed new insulation, he was ready and quite able to do the insulation as well.
