Jonathan Penney started Penney Design Group, LLC in February of 2010 after 14 years at a multi-discipline international architecture firm as the Principal of the Commercial group.
His expertise spans both new construction and renovation projects which cover a broad range of building types including mixed-use, retail, office, automotive, interiors, industrial, and residential. Mr. Penney focuses on leading his team through a comprehensive feasibility study to design concept through construction for each of his projects.

Penney Design provided design and construction management for the interior renovation and new build for a full floor tenant space. New work created a series of private offices, open work space and huddle areas reflecting current workplace strategies while keeping a corporate "image" for this executive offices of Public traded real estate company.
