We had a great experience in the store purchasing our beds. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. We paid for delivery and assembling and the crew - John and James went about and beyond. They were prompt, polite and efficient with their time. John especially went above and beyond moving stuff around for us as we kept changing our minds - no complaints at all! Great experience thanks to him.

John and James did a fantastic job on the delivery. They were on time, quick and clean. They double checked for any damage on the furniture, took pictures of it and sent into to their retail specialists. This was our second delivery with John and James and had the same experience each time.
My five star review is because of their exceptional customer service. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the furniture.
This second delivery is because the furniture from the first delivery was damaged and Tots to Teens replaced it. Some of the replacement furniture is also damaged. Amy, Jeremy and April

My husband and I came here for nursery furniture as it is almost the only store in the area offering cribs, dressers, etc that you can actually touch rather than buying online. I was adamant about getting food quality furniture as well. April was super helpful and never once seemed annoyed by our many questions. She was always willing to check on pricing for us and run multiple quotes. We really enjoyed working with this store and with April and look forward to our nursery furniture coming in soon!!

Today we had our furniture delivered and installed by Javon and John and they did a great job! They arrived within the window of time they promised, and they even gave me a phone call to let me know they were on their way. They wore masks, were very professional, and were efficient with assembling our pieces and placing them where I wanted in the nursery. And asked us to check everything before they left to make sure we were satisfied. Not only that, but the pieces are gorgeous! All around a good experience with Tots to Teens! Would highly recommend to others.

Tots to Teens treated me with a kindness which reflected a genuine concern to make sure my daughter had her furniture on time. Concerning delivery, Javon and John are amazing.
