Great Company! Following substantial damage to our modular home due to a broken pipe under our sink ProCraft promptly removed damaged cabinets walls and flooring. Immediately they set up fans, dehumidifiers and heaters and removed all moisture so that the rebuilding process could begin. They worked directly with our insurance company making a very challenging situation much easier. I hope that I never need their services again, but should the need arise I would use them again.

When I discovered a leaking pipe I called ProCraft. JR was assigned to our project. He arrived the same day I called......within hours of when I called. He truly saved the day! JR is super personable, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He stayed in touch with us through phone calls and frequent visits to check our jobs progress. Great job JR and ProCraft!

We were impressed by the folks from Pro-Craft from our first meeting with them after a burst pipe in our ceiling during the February 2021 snow storm and deep freeze. They were always very kind, let us know when they or a subcontractor would arrive and did quality work. It was a difficult time since we had to move out of part of our home due to the burst pipe, but they made it easier. They did a great job repairing our home and we would recommend them to anyone!

This was a second leak within 5 months. Pro-Craft outdid the first company on every level and completely redeemed our expectations of general contractors. I contacted Pro-Craft to fix some of the water damage in my home after being ghosted by another general contractor. Unfortunately, they did the same. The assured me I would hear back after a week and it's been over a month. I tried calling and email but no response. I recommend you take your business elsewhere otherwise you will be ghosted.

Growing pains for a first time homeowner. After this summer I learned some valuable lessons when it comes to hiring contractors for a job. I was referred to this company by my insurance company. The first time I hired them they did a really good job, but that first time the insurance company was not involved I paid out of pocket for their service. The second time is where everything went downhill. There's a major list of things that went wrong. It may not be in perfect order but at least it sheds light on what happened.

I have to say, this is one of the worst place you could go to. My fault that I didn't make enough research before I choose Procraft. I regret to death. They mis measured my cabinet size, because the designer Trent did not notice our old cabinets are installed in the floor. Therefore we customized the cabinets but we can not use them. It is not the end yet, I was mad and I started to talk with them and want them to make it up, they told me no, it's not their responsibility to match our old cabinets. I was exhausted from arguing with them, I am a sales person too, I do not understand how

I am so thankful to Pro Craft for helping my family during a very difficult time. They were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of from the beginning of the process until the end. Each person we dealt with was top-notch. The movers took extra precautions when packing items so that nothing was damaged or broken, while still doing it in a fast and efficient manner - and also with great attitudes! Pro-Craft was recommended to us by the homeowners insurance department at USAA. The staff communicated extremely well from the initial evaluation and estimate through the completed work. The workers were commendable. I was especially impressed with the job supervisor's attention to detail, supervising the work, and calling me daily during the project regarding what would happen when. After experiencing several issues with A/C insulation and other issues regarding the plumbing, Pro-Craft/Garland, TX resolved all our issues. Kole Davis was able to successfully repair tile from the tub-shower area that had to be removed to repair a broken pile in the wall. He was able to repair and replace the removed tile saving us the time and expense of replacing all the tile in that area. It was a pleasure to work with him and we would recommend your company to anyone who has both large and small construction work to be done.

My insurance company referred me to these guys to help me find a contractor to replace my roof. I called them that afternoon and then they showed up that evening to take a look. Two days later, my roof was officially inspected and they gave me a written estimate, which was very reasonable. Within a week, the work was completed. I have to say I am very satisfied with the work and level of professionalism from Pro-craft.

I gave one star because I cannot give 0, although that is my preferred option. This is the worst contractor in DFW. We used them because our insurance recommended them after our house got significant water damage. They came in and dried everything and were on time during that process. But that is where the good ended. After the drying, they had their guys come out to move the furniture. They dropped my Thomasville China cabinet and then tried to hide it by turning it toward the wall!! Then someone was to come out and work with us to put the new flooring in, but we could never get anyone to call

This company was recommended by our insurance company the night a tornado hit our home. Part of the roof was missing and 4 inches of rain was coming the next day. These folks called within mins of reporting our problem and need. They said a crew would be dispatched in next 6 hours hours to tarp the roof. They didn't show up and we didn't hear from them. Then it rained 4-5 inches into our house. The city blocked the area off the next day. Had they come when they said, we could have preserved more of our belongings. Special thanks to Manuel and his crew for saving our house on such short notice! We had standing water come up during the night while we were sleeping and our insurance company called them out early on Saturday morning. They came in all badass and nice about the situation and took care of it without wasting any time. It was a downpour outside as well and just a really bad day but their expertise in those types of situations really turned this terrible event into a positive thing. They were informative and quick. They moved all of our stuff with care to get to everything. I hope it never happens
