Hyundai of Greeley made the car buying experience truly painless. We went in thinking we knew what we wanted. They accommodated us with everything we were looking for. Austin took great care of my family when we were looking for a bigger car. Safety was the priority and he made sure to give us all the safety features of the car we were interested in. I bought my 2016 Santa Fe Sport in November 2016. They told me they were selling it as new even though they had used it for a loaner in their service department. When I went to title it I was told I needed a VIN inspection. I knew something was not right. I called the dealership they assured me I had full warranty and that it was new. Last week I… called to have my car towed and I was told I that the roadside assistance had expired because it had been in service since February of 2016. I said NO I have my bill of sale. They said sorry that’s what our records say. They dealership lied

A senior citizen who was taken for over $2,000.00 in parts and labor, to find out the actual part and labor was less than $100.00. I would highly recommend Alex and his team. They get the job done. Shout out to Josh @ Hyundai of Greeley. Bought a car that I wasn't happy with. Took it back the next day and he put me in a fully loaded Nissan Murano! Brandon, the manager was very understanding. I had been in… a car accident the week before and didn't feel safe in first car I bought. I went back and they switched me into something safer with ease!

Cristian was our salesman. He was extremely personable. Excellent car buying experience overall. I didn’t feel pressured at all! Came in with my own financing and there was no pressure to finance through them. I was in contact with Cristian prior to coming to test drive the car I was looking at since we live a couple hours away...and the drive was… worth it. Even Terri in the finance department was great and wasn’t pushy about buying the extra warranty.
