BEWARE !! We have had nothing but mistakes and problems with our plans. Also, when he says the cost will be "Up To $" know that if you finish before you reach that amount, he will tack it on at the end as "professional services". What is Professional services? Between our lumber provider and framer they basically had to rewrite the plans. I gave one star because he was a Nice guy...
