Terrible response time! Called about a fence repair some 3 weeks ago, was told an appointment needed to be set which we scheduled. The day of the scheduled appointment I received a call asking if I could send a picture of the damaged fence which I provided that same day. Another week when by with no response so I emailed or text. I was told they were working on it. Today I called (3 weeks) person took down the same information that I had to provide on the initial call. Is there way of perhaps saying they do not what this small repair business? Fine sell me what I need and I will repair it.

My product was ordered back on August 4, 2020. I started calling WEEKLY the first week of January, 2021 to figure out what was happening. Every time I get the run around. “Someone will call you back”. “We are checking”. Most recently it was “your product should be here in the next week and we will call to schedule installation”. This was THREE WEEKS AGO. Again, no communication. Nothing from them. The product is paid for in full and I can’t get an answer, SEVEN MONTHS LATER, as to why I have no fence in my back yard. If I could get my money back, I would. I will NEVER use or recommend

I guess I should start from the beginning.
We finished building a house in April and I had my husband reach out to get an estimate on a privacy fence..
We had a few different places we were hoping to receive estimates from before making a final decision. Due to a side yard drainage issue, we had to postpone getting our fence until a French drain could be installed.
Finally the French drain was installed and we were ready to look at our estimates again.
My husband mistakenly asked for two access gates on the privacy fence and wasn't sure if he had them mark it all correct so I decided to call

We just had an aluminum fence installed around our house in Franklin. The job was done very quickly and it was a big job involving tearing down the existing wood fence of over 450 ft, installing the new one and hauling away the old fencing. The crew was very nice and we are pleased with the fencing. We did a 4 ft black alum fence with a puppy picket and 2 large 12 ft gates.

Pro Line installed wooden fence 4-5 years ago at my house. The entire fence is now rotting and falling down. Called ProLine to see about fixing due to warranty and that clearly the wood actually was not treated correctly as it was supposed to be. They looked at it, said they would replace parts of it. Now over a year later, fence still not replaced/fixed and now cannot get any communication from company. If you want a cheap fence installed that you'll have to replace in a few years... this is your company.

Excellent work. Great crews. They have repaired fence, installed new fence and did a beautiful entryway gate with brick columns and electrical controls on my property. Quality work by good people. They are non-intrusive yet totally available if you have any questions before, during or after their work.
