Even with Rich being a very busy guy, everything was completed in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier! Yes my house is going to be for sale soon but there is no rush on my end I was just asking for a simple quote and if you tell a CUSTOMER you will stop by and pull a no call no show that just shows the type of person you really are and just by looking at the previous reviews it’s shows.

Horrible experience with Cortland Flooring. Took 4 months to have two rooms floored- they ran out of product for both rooms and then we’re MIA. In less than a year, the floor in one room needs to be completely redone and the other needs repairs. Owner Rich screamed at me when I complained. Try a professional flooring company. This one is not it.

Excellent service and great experience. Timely work ethic, competitive prices. So pleased, from start to finish. Highly recommend.
