Don't hire this guy. Please. Complete liar. Raif took my project, promised he would oversee it, then handed me off to one subcontractor after another. I hired them to put my 1 year old irrigation system back together (that was damaged in other construction). I gave them a schematic and asked they do their best to put it back as it was. Instead, they ripped out working parts of my irrigation system and didn't complete the work per their contract (missing zones, 35 sprinkler heads gone, an entire drip area not hooked up at all, yard torn up, dead lumpy sod 'pieces' and so much
