I had someone from the company come out to my house for an estimate in October. I was told ten days to two weeks for the estimate to come in. I called three times and emailed several times. I was assured after a month of waiting by the person in the office that I would have my estimate in the next three days. I gave up after two months. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I called Pinnacle Roofing to get a quote on a roof repair. I had to call several times to get an appointment, they came out and then I had to call several times to get a price. After several weeks (over a month of dealing with this company) they send an email declining to give me a quote as they are “busier than usual and don’t want to hold me up”. What? You have already held me up and I was trying to get a second opinion. How unprofessional! I would advise you to do yourself a favor and find another company.

Fast, courteous, professional company. These roofers take such pride in their work. They don’t miss a single detail and this is a challenging roof. Done within 2 days with a bit of cleanup and details on the 3rd. They did not just leave us with a masterfully done roof but an immaculate yard and job site. I just cannot speak highly enough about this company! Thank you Pinnacle! Well done!
