Leaf Free is the Rolls Royce of gutter protection. We have tried almost every (helmet) type guard on the market and this product is hands down the best. Leaf Free is designed to slide under the shingle or tiles on the roof and works on water adhesion. The installers arrived as scheduled and worked in the blazing heat on the metal roof until gutter was removed and new installed. Very impressed with that alone. The gutter looks great. It hasn't rained enough yet to test it but I have no concerns, nor do I have any hesitation in recommending them.

Rain Pro staff was very professional. They were at my home at the time I was given to do the estimate and at the time I was given for installation. Sales to installation, the entire team was very courteous, kind and did exactly what was promised. La Rain Professionals are exactly what you would expect with their company name...Professionals... don't waste your time or your money on the competition as they are the only licensed gutter installers around. I have used them for 2 separate jobs and both experiences were consistent with regards to showing up on time, reasonable prices, great warranties, great customer service and gutters that has proven the test of these Louisianaian storms!!! I waited over a month just to get someone to come out and give me a quote and has been over 2 weeks since the visit and still waiting. They say they are so busy, but seriously how long does it take for a simple quote. Using the excuse of to busy is just an example of very poor customer service. Truly one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. They made appointments and did not keep them. They tried to pass off cheap supplies and installation materials and hoped that we wouldn't notice. They continually tried to blame the many mistakes they made on us, and to echo another reviewer below, they got angry and yelled at us when we asked them to fix the issues that they caused. And this didn't come from some lowly contracted employee. The missed appointments came from their Number 1, and the angry, yelling individual was their Number 2.

Beware, sheduled install for future day, was told would receive a days notice. Workman showed up unannounced without ringing doorbell. Sick spouse heard activity on roof, asked then to cease work and leave as funding had not been finalized. Called office and they were aware of a mix up and would have someone return my call. The caller was angry at me for having the audacity to discuss rescheduling, asking "are you in the habit" of cancelling. I have no ideal of the quality of their sevice and will never know, horrified at their response.
