Well we never got the panels, we initially started looking around in February of 2021, and interviewed 3 companies & decided on EcoMark. Got qualified and ready to go in March, told anywhere from 60 to 90 days but typically never took more than 90 days. Are initial design took FOREVER, then they tried to make all the conduits exterior in lieu of interior as previously asked. Then came the permits, which also took forever. Finally, we were given a date of 9/1/2021. This was seven months after we signed a contract, plenty of emails in between of "were almost there, 3 more weeks" and then always

Aggressive yet effective sales team, terrible customer service after installation. 100% of my concerns after installation have not been addressed positively. As in feedback being given within a reasonable time frame, often bouncing around between people, calls are ignored, and agents are unprepared and unprofessional. I am pretty easy to work with, too. I hate this company but stuck with them for the warranty. I highly advise going elsewhere for panels. The panels themselves are great, however. Besides the product costing 8k and overall installation 19k, wondering how the company used the other

I wish I could leave less then 1 star. There installation on roof ruined roof and caused interior damage to house with water. They said I was six months out of warranty even though two roofing companies and my insurance company said it was from installation and not something recent. They do a sloppy job and also didn't leave box attached to house were was instructed. they just rip up whatever and don't put shingles back down properly to avoid roof damage. DO NOT USE THEM

I have never written a poor review for a company, but had to make sure that my feedback was heard for anyone considering working with this company in the future. We had a consultation with EcoMark in March of 2020 to begin the process of installing a solar system at our house. We chose EcoMark based on online reviews because we really didn't know anyone who had a full solar system and could recommend a company. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with! They told us it would cost 500 to have our solar panels removed if we ever needed it and quoted us 6000 DOLLARS just to remove them! That's almost half of what they cost! Their customer service is terrible and won't get back to you on time about anything! Don't trust this company it was one of the worst financial mistakes you'll ever make in your life and I will never get solar panels again!

We have been very happy with our decision to use EcoMark for our solar panels. We had the panels installed 12 months ago, and the EcoMark team was great from start to finish. We haven't had any issues, and we are happy to be saving the planet.

Two years past installation, we've had some issues.
1) After a hailstorm came through my area, they did try and get me to sign a form authorizing to file claims with my homeowners policy before they even came out and inspected my panels, no no, you inspect and discuss first then we talk about calling my insurance company.
2) More recently, and very scary to me was when I had some electricians rebuilding my Circuit Breaker panel, they cracked open my Ecomark installed DC Switch to find that the ground wires off the panel led to the DC Switch, but didn't actually go to ground. Ungrounded

Could have been better. So the panels on the East facing side of the roof could have been installed better. We have neighbors and their house is as tall as ours. The "design" team had the panels installed in a 10 panel block (3x3 plus one more on the bottom) on the Northern most edge of the roof. Thus when the sun rises it takes a while longer to reach the full array on that side. It would have been much better if they would have ran a line of them along the top of the roof edge so they all would get first sun. Near as I can figure though is that over the past year I've "lost" over 100 kWh from

I had no idea what to expect on my solar journey but EcoMark made sure that I was informed every step of the way. Each person that we spoke to or that came to our home to install was awesome! I'm not impressed with this company. We have been with ecomark for over a year now and nothing they told us has been true. to start the installation process took much longer than expected. The monthly bill for electric has been much more than we we're told and between the loan and the normal electric bill we have seen over 400 dollars between the two for a monthly payment. Is this how it is with the whole solar industry, not sure. But buyer beware!!! The software from SOLAREDGE they gave us to monitor the solar panels output from day one HAS NOT WORKED!! I wish I could give this company a negative star when I was first approached by a sales person the first question they had was how I was going to pay for the system I said fine I didn't want to meet any further as he was the one who approached me. Years later they call I tell the sales person I do not want to be contacted further as I had not had a good experience previously then they decide to call and call then text and email finally I text the person back saying again I do not want to be further contacted because it is now harassment beware of this company they only see you as as a sack

While things did not always go exactly as scheduled (and is there ever such a thing with a project like this?), I was extremely impressed with the level of communication from EcoMark. They reached out to me in a timely fashion and gave clear explanations regarding any delays.
There are a lot of steps in this process with different people from EcoMark involved in each one, and in each case, the EcoMark folks conducted themselves professionally and reliably.
The panels aren't active yet because we're waiting on Xcel to get us the new meter, but even still, EcoMark is updating us on that

We just had our system installed today, so we are not up and running just yet because we have to be inspected and such. I have enjoyed working with Ecomark solar through the entire process. I have felt well informed about how it all works and i have been kept in the loop about each step. The initial interaction I had from the canvasser to the sales pitch was positive and everyone I worked with all seem truly honest and like they enjoy their jobs. The installation team worked really hard and did a fantastic job. I am impressed with the integrity I have seen in this company and I hope they continue
