The company was very responsive to my request for info and was prompt with their scheduled inspection of my roof. The process was easy and and the install crew tarped everything on the ground including our pool to protect it during removal of the old shingles. Once everything was complete they did a great job with the clean up and you can barely tell they were ever they.

I truly wish I could provide a better rating and still wonder why I had such a different experience than most others. Every step of this process (Roof, gutters, shutters, screens) was a battle and fraught with issues. The roofing process was awful and they were like a "bull in a china shop" with the way they treated my property. They broke a few large tiles on my flagstone walk, damaged many plants and trees and broke lighting. Then with the shutters, I provided the stain, they took them down and away to stain only to have stained a portion of the shutter, not the whole shutter. Then they placed

I was very unhappy with Frazier Roofs & Gutters.
Their "salesman" Neal came out and wouldn't give me a bid on a new roof. He would only work off of an insurance payment and expected me to bring my deductible out of pocket. All I wanted was a competitive bid.
I'm very unhappy with them. They were on the Good Contractors List and that reflects poorly on them as well.

Frazier did a terrific job repairing the flashing around one of the vents where a shingle had lifted, thus causing a small leak into the ceiling of our master bathroom. Billy Harris did the initial assessment; a repair crew was dispatched within a few days and completed the work within an hour. They were professional, knew their business and efficiently completed the job. Frazier has been our go to roofing company for the past 10 years. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend their services.

I'll start off by saying the gutters we had installed look great and I'm very happy with the work they did on the house. The two man team that came out were very professional and polite and did a great job with everything. Based on the work done, I definitely recommend Frazier for gutter work.
My gripe with this company is communication, and I hope they improve on this because it's their main weakness from my experience with them.
After having someone come out and give us a quote, I was emailed the estimate to sign and return in order to confirm the work. I had it signed and returned via email

I want to pass on a rarity in a field that very seldom brings a "good" feeling that someone really cares about the job or solving an issue - small or large. Mike Serenil with Frazier Roofs & Gutters came out after a heavier than usual rain fall. We had a medium roof leak that I knew could have come from several places. After looking our roof over, he immediately realized the previous roofers had not completely 'finished' the roof repair. He suggested it might be to our advantage to get in touch with previous repair crew or if not, he would come back. We tossed up the possibilities

Outstanding service from start to finish! My roof was almost 30 years old and developed leaks. Michael Serenil (Sales) inspected and concluded we had hail damage which would likely be covered by insurance. He was present during the adjuster visit and available for questions. Sure enough, it was covered by insurance and within a week and a half we… had a new roof. The crew and materials were right on time and work was completed within a day. Great care was taken to protect vegetation and clean up was very efficient. The crew was courteous and mindful of the family quarantined in the home

I've used these guys a couple of times over the past few years. They did some roof work for me and also installed whole house gutters. My experience with them has been very good. They were responsive, on time and did great work for me. I'm especially pleased with the gutter work. Very professional and makes my house look even better. As far as I know, the workmanship on our newly installed gutters is fine. 3 stars is for the communication, or lack thereof, that we experienced with Frazier. After accepting the quote for new gutters from Steve, Debbie emailed and said we'd have to wait 3 or 4 weeks to get the job done. After more than a month, I reached out to Debbie to see if we were getting close to being scheduled. I heard back from Steve a couple of days later and we were scheduled for the following week. Made the mistake of using this company through Century 21 to inspect roof of the house we were buying, then paid $1563 for them to fix the roof. Every other roofer after the completion of home purchase couldn't believe how the roof could even pass for the mortgage. Then it started leaking after 1 hail storm. If they were honest, we wouldn't have purchased the house or demanded a replacement. It seems to us that this company worked together with Century 21 to make home sales happen, at all cost. Wish we could do get our $ back for unnecessary "Patch" job that they did!

After finally getting gutter installation done I noticed the main drain line angling up. I called a couple times, once having gotten through. I was told I would be called back soon to have the sales rep return to check it out. Never heard from them again. Pretty sure drains should run down hill not up. Certainly can't refer this company. I will say the install crew was polite and seemed professional.

Very professional organization! The previous owners had a leak and bolted a 2X4 on the roof and put caulk around it so it would not leak. There was also need for a replacement heater vent, busted shingles, and gutter work. The price was very reasonable! The crew was very professional and worked very hard to remedy the issues. I will only use this company when I need a new roof cause I can just tell they have integrity by the way they have operated for 30 years in business.
