Hands down a wonderful experience! I recently worked with Ward Malone to furnish an incredibly large space in a new office facility I was moving into. Not only did Ward bring the appropriate samples to look at, but was able to help pull the various colors together and the end result was so impressive. The carpet installation team worked so efficiently and I was very impressed with the quality and speed of install. Highly recommend this location for any flooring needs. They have price ranges to fit all budgets.

The Sale Person Was Good And The Carpet Is In But Getting The Carpet Installed Is Something Else..They Can't Installed The Carpet Untill Over A Month They Have No Installer's To Do The Job..Only Reason The Schedule Got Charged Because Of This Review, Buddy's Said They Would Be out Between 8-10am But They Didn't Get Here Until Almost 2 pm .The Installer's Was Good Didn't Take Long At All..

We have now ordered carpet twice in the past year from Buddy's carpet. Both times we had a great experience. Pat came out and measured and set the expectations for installation. He was very knowledgable on his products and understood our needs. They sent out top notch installers that were very meticulous in their installation methods. We had some stairs that had some unique angles and turns and they did a fantastic job installing it.

We have worked with Ward and Greg in carpeting our whole home. They are knowledgeable in different flooring options that would work well for our family. They were respectful and listened to us to keep within our budget. We were happy with both installation teams that came to our home. Are purchases were in 2016 and 2021. We are very happy with our purchsase from Buddy's.
