My wife and I came into our Lincoln Park 6-unit brownstone (built in 1890's) knowing full-well we were going to have a huge roofing project on our hands. Luckily enough, Marc Zuccaro and his team at CARE were recommended to us by one of my wife's friends.
Marc is one of the most genuine, honest, and hardworking people in the contracting industry. He has a care for his customers that is beyond anything I could have asked for going into a daunting project. Although the project ended up being a long timeline with planning and QC of all matters, Marc was extremely thorough in his diagnosis

We recently had a roof redone at a public storage. Care sheet metal was the ones the company picked to do it. After the roof was installed we noticed are dish wasn't picking up signal along with some unwanted garbage left behind. I called the company and I believe the foreman was wojeck (spell) was sent out to take a look. He took the garbage and said he would reimburse me for the tech to come out from dish. Well dish came out and said once a dish has been taken down it has to be reinstalled by a dish tech to ensure 100% accuracy on signal. Well they didn't do it correctly and resulted

I put in an estimate with another roofing company and for the appointment, Care Roofing showed up instead, without any notice that another company was going to do the estimate. Marc was nice and when he did his estimate, he was very thorough and explained things clearly. When I asked, he was able to provide references with phone numbers. I would have hired him but I didn't want to work with a subcontractor and wanted my roof replacement done by the company that issued the contract and warranty. If you are looking for a reasonably priced roof, Marc seemed like a great person to work with.

I hired CARE to put a roof on my business after the big hail storm in Humboldt Park. I know a ton of roofers that do residential roofing, but not flat roofs. I was referred to them by my supplier..
They upgraded my roof with R20 Insulation and a cool TPO covering and they got the insurance to pay for all of it.
I dealt with Mark Zuccaro, the owner's son, his crews spoke English and they cleaned up very well.
