We've had great service from Bell Pest Control for a few years now, and Dru has always done a superior job. We went from rodent infestation and loads of spiders to a totally pest-free home as soon as we called Bell! Thank goodness for Dru, and for Sean who filled in for him for today! They're both personable and professional, as well as go the extra mile to keep our home rodent and bug free!

I have been using Bell Pest Control for my home for years. They are always very courteous and provide great service. They have even come out in between service periods to take care of wasps. Ok this is a long review, but it's well deserved. We purchased our home last year, and were told that the chicken coop on the property "hadn't been used in years" and there were "no pests to be concerned about." Within 3 months, it was clear that RATS were a serious problem in the backyard, where they had burrowed several tunnels and roamed freely with ZERO fear. Bullying, Rude and dishonest customer service but My tech was nice. They came out without my permission and me being present at my home, as I always am with EVERY appointment and after only 5 weeks of my house just being prayed. Their spray is supposed to last three months. I had just told them not to come after spraying my house just three weeks before as they have scheduling issues and don't know when or what services they performed. Instead of just saying they made a mistake, and keeping a customer, they were rude and tried to tell me they came out to fit a schedule even though the spray

I fired my pest control company yesterday (not to mention names, but it was Fast Action). They were terrible. In the beginning it was great... until they decided not to show up and when they did it was minimal.
I ran into a gal at my favorite Starbucks who works for Bell, we exchanged pleasantries and I really liked what I heard. So, I hired them! Today they came out, got to work right away and took detailed notes. The rate is extremely reasonable and its on auto-pay which I love.
On a 5 acre farm, if we don't stay on top of the pests it gets out of hand quickly. Today we needed Bell more

We've used Bell for several years. Steve is our guy! We LOVE this man! He's an awesome representative for the company. I've had a few issues over the years and Steve is always willing to listen, look at the area where the problem is occurring and talk to me about options. I know he has other clients and is on a schedule - but he never makes me feel like I'm putting him out or that he needs to rush so he can go on with his schedule.

Brady best bug guy ever !! We've had Bell Pest for years, we love them. Never ever have they not given 110 % These guys are amazing! Elk Grove hit a nest of Turkish cockroaches ( yuck) while maintaining their landscape. Unfortunately they roaches decided to make my garage there home. I called BELL BROTHERS PEST and Brady came to my rescue that morning. Less the 10 hours of seeing these .
Brady saw my husband struggling with the trash can . Brady ran up and said "here let me get that for you sir" what a true asset to this company.

I've been a customer for 11+ years and have always received excellent customer service. They always call the day before service and ask if there are any issues they should be aware of. Thats why I'm giving a fair star rating.
When I have had an urgent bug issue they do an excellent job in coming over within 24 hours. The one downside is they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. When I have had a Friday night issue I've had to wait TWO DAYS before I can call for help.
At one point I thought I may have had termites. When I called for service I was told they do not offer termite
