Friendly, fair, & punctual. Can’t ask for anything more. I called for an estimate & they sent someone over and gave me a quote. They set a date to install less than a week later and stuck to it. Took them a couple hours to install so I imagine it would’ve taken me all day. I’m a Happy customer and would recommend.

Torsion spring on my garage door broke preventing me from opening door. Called at 8:30 am next morning and a technician was there in an hour to measure the part. Installed temporary fix so I could use the door while they went to their shop to obtain the new part. By 1:30 pm they were back with the part to complete the repair. I found the service excellent and the men extremely competent and the cost of the service very fair.

Always been reliable through the years. Punctual.
Had a key pad installed, had to tell the helper it was crooked and he quickly remounted it.
They should inform of their minimum call charge. It's more than I'm used to and may influence decisions on minor jobs. Girl was polite and I always got a person.

Called these guys for a garage door repair. They came out and quickly repaired my door for a reasonable price. They also noticed and fixed a safety issue that my previous garage door repair company had neglected. Will reach back out when I decide to get new doors and I'd recommend these guys to anyone who asks.

A fantastic experience! Going into to office we greeted by a pleasant and well informed receptionist. The door choices were great and easy to choose. A estimator came out the next day and was on time and very efficient. He recommended a much needed door opening system and gave us a quote immediately. Delivery was swift and as promised. The new door and opening system are quiet and very well made. First time using them and would highly recommend D&D of Methuen. Great job!

We recently called to have our 1960s-70s track and garage doors. I contacted them through messenger on Facebook on the weekend and they got right back to me. We got an appointment right away and had everything ordered quickly. The deli very and install was right on schedule and easy to schedule. The person removing the mess of old track and doors and replacing our new ones was on time, pleasant, professional and even asked oppinion on hardware placement preference. So happy to have used them from start to finish it was a great experience!

These guys are awesome! I loathe hiring anyone to perform work at my home as I'm usually disappointed, D&D is the exception! I received a quick appointment for an on site estimate and quickly called back with my deposit. I was told it would be approximately 4 weeks for my special order Clopay Coachman doors to arrive, pleasantly I received a phone call that my doors arrived a week ahead of schedule and was promptly given an install date. Two men arrived for the door installation a half hour early, which never seems to happen. They did an outstanding job installing my beautiful doors and
