I needed to have ada compliant handrails installed for my car business office . I meet with Jimmy at his office to discuss the job needed. The customer service was top notch. Very friendly and accommodating . The handrail installer also does amazing custom work. I don't ever write reviews, but feel that this family run business deserve a 5 star review.

They never showed up... and then, when I canceled the contract, had the nerve to argue they had called me prior to the installation date about the bad weather (the install date was a full day before the weather came in) .... why argue? Just shows the mentality of this company ... RUN AWAY ..,... arguing only prompts people to post negative reviews... and made me glad I did not let them proceed with this job... it shows they could care less about a customer.
