We had this company installed two new steel rolling doors in our warehouse last year, which were installed OK. However, when i called the owner this year asking for some repair quote because one of the doors got hit by the trucker. The owner told me it would be 240 minimum to just send a tech to check out the repair, and the hourly rate is $120 on top of this.
Quote from the owner "..In order to trouble shoot the door I need to send a service truck with a service tech. minimum charge is $240.."
I just thought he can be more courtesy to offer a free inspection to a existing customer
