I ordered my barbq grill in April. I was told it would be delivered end of May. There was no call, no apology or any communication as of June. I called and was told it was due to Covid delays. This is the worst company I have ever deal with si not waste your time or your money here I guarantee you will be unhappy this people starting by the owner James are rude and unprofessional I order a barbecue island and after 3 months of waiting I was told they don’t have what I order, I called them several times while waiting and they will just tell me they will check with manufacturing and call me back they never did not even once, after calling and calling I got a call from the sales man to tell me that they don’t have what I order, I told them that I wanted to cancel my order than and why

6 years ago I bought a BBQ Island at Extreme Backyard Designs and I was very Happy. After years my BBQ palapa looks terrible. I have to exchange it. Ones a years ago I been lacky to talk to someone and ask about any possibility to do it. Nobody ever call be back. I try a few more times and leave a message... But without luck... never any answer!!!!

After visiting a few other stores, we found this place online and saw they had great reviews. We visited their showroom and were impressed with the number of design choices and various selections of grill brands they offered to customize a BBQ island to our budget. We worked with Joey, who was very warm and helpful without being overly pushy. Joey designed our BBQ island with all the components we wanted and the dimensions that would fit our area while staying within our budget.

Visited several stores, ended up finding this place online and saw they had great reviews. After coming into the showroom and having a salesman come out to scope our backyard, the wife and I ended up purchasing a BBQ island, appliances, fire table, furniture, and a spa from Extreme Backyard Designs. Turn around time was prompt and the sales/customer service was top notch. They answered every question I had and gave me the best prices as possible. Although I was a bit nervous on delivery day (I needed to have some items craned in) everything went smooth. My family loves our new outdoor additions

We had Extreme Backyard Designs build us a custom Fire Pit for our backyard. We initially just wanted the fire pit but when we walked into their showroom, we were amazed with all the patio furniture. We ended up taking Swivel Club Chairs & a half round bench to go around our fire pit. There service was top notch and very easy to work with. The day of delivery everything went very smooth. They did a tremendous job and were very helpful.

Extreme Backyards Designs are the real deal!! All the staff is extremely knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the industry. Joe was awesome and got everything I needed from my bbq down to the very smallest details. He even talked me out of an extra storage drawer and helped me reconfigure my design to make it look and work better then I had drawn out. That's business I can do anytime!!!
