I had been searching for a cylinder for an old Herman Miller chair and had contacted many sources without much luck. Tim got back to me quickly and did the necessary research to find the correct one. I left m Herman Miller chair with this business to be repaired on around Dec 20th, 2016. I picked up the "repaired" chair and paid for it in mid January. After I sat on it for a day it failed by sliding all the way to the bottom. Over the next two months and multiple phone calls back and forth and part replacement, the problem would continue: the chair would work for a day after the repair and then fail again. Then in March the technician had an idea and came by, adjusted a screw and the chair has been fine since that visit!!

I had an excellent experience with Western Contract Interiors. I was shopping for a Herman Miller chair, and Bob did a fantastic job showing me all types and features, and highlighting their differences. (I really wasn't aware how much design work went into them.) There was absolutely no purchase pressure and I had plenty of time to test-sit the chairs, which is critical to appreciate the subtleties and see whether they would actually matter. Sitting now at my desk on my new Aeron chair I feel that I absolutely made the right choice and got my best personal fit. Very good!

I always saw this place when walking the neighborhood. Desk chair broke, needed a new one. Popped in, met Tim. He spent quite a while explaining the features about their chairs to me, helping me adjust and configure them and generally concerned about my concerns. It was a nice easy sale experience. They had what I wanted in stock, they made some modifications to accommodate and preserve my hardwood floor and had the chair waiting for me when I stopped back later. I usually don't like having to make an appointment to browse a store because I feel pressured to make a purchase, but I didn't get that feeling at all here. Tim Obert is the showroom manager and was fantastic with my husband when he was trying out the Herman Miller chairs. My hubby said he liked the Celle model so I called the place and spoke with Tim to arrange how I was going to get one of these to my house. I wasn't sure if the chair would fit under the table if it was pushed under it so Tim went out of his way and measured the height of the arms of the Celle chair when they were at full extension. I brought my Herman Miller Aeron chair here for a seat repair. I wasn't sure if they would tell me the chair was trash, if they could fix it, or how long it would take.
I met Ron as I was pulling up - he helped me get the chair out of the trunk. We wheeled it on in and checked it out. All he had to do is replace the seat and it would be ready in 10 minutes... WHAT!?!?!? For Real!?!?!? I was super happy. Next great surprise it was so affordable to fix the chair - super affordable. I was searching for a comfortable office chair and came here because of the recommendations on Yelp. I'm really glad I did because I found the perfect chair for me (Herman Miller Mirra). They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied--even to the point of personally delivering my chair to me! You rarely see customer service like this anymore. I went in to get an Aeron chair repaired. Much to my surprise, the Aeron chair--10 years old--was still under warranty. I actually ended up bringing in a second chair that had a minor problem. They fixed both of them, at no cost to me.
When I was there, I took a look at the new "Embody" Chair. Their prices were competitive with "internet prices". So I bought one! Couldn't be happier with it.

Had been shopping around for a good ergonomic chair and after trying tens of used/new chair places selling cheap replicas of Herman Miller I landed here after finding them through HM site. The owner was very helpful, made sure he understood what I was looking for and most importantly worked with me on my budget. I got to try all the Herman Miller chairs, and took my time trying to see what fits best. In the end, I got a great HM chair for a great price and would definitely shop here again when we expand.

We had a GREAT experience purchasing a Herman Miller Aeron chair from Western Contract Interiors. We made an appointment to come in on a Saturday, and Bob helped us try every possible size and setting on the chairs. He was extremely knowledgeable & clearly wanted us to get the best fit possible. We did a lot of research on-line in advance, and Western Contract offers by far the best pricing (including vs. many websites, even when shipping is free). They sell single chairs, but also deal in large quantity orders. They have some stock on-site, so you can even take your chair home with you

These guys are fantastic. The salesman took the time to show me the full product offering, was extremely knowledgable and really worked to sell me the chair I wanted at a comfortabe price. If you want an Aeron chair or any other Herman Miller gear for your home for an amazing price, this is the place to go, hands down. They mainly sell in bulk to offices, but are willing to sell single chairs and other pieces to individuals for far far cheaper than I have seen them either on the Internet or in a furniture store.
I've had my Aeron for three years and it's been perfect. I got it for around $250 cheaper than any other store I could find (including online). Lately I've been eyeing the Herman Miller Noguchi coffee table, and it's over $400 cheaper at Western Contract
