A few years ago, we had $6000 patio doors installed by Black Rock Window and Door. It never closed well and required adjustments occasionally. Black Rock made the adjustments a couple of times, but when the warranty expired, we had to pay them for the visits. The doors are rather complex and they ignored multiple requests for documentation on how to adjust them. So now, we are left with the lousy closing doors.

Lets put it like this ------we selected top of the line product---2 workers installed sliding door, 2 large picture windows and a smaller single pane window ---- a quick install. Now however we have to paint a wall where the interior door molding was removed, plus some screws and nails were left on the ground in the garage and driveway (thank god no flat tire !!!) bits of caulking smeared on dining room chair and leather sofa ---- and if you can believe this $4000 plus dollars later ---- when we arrive home the newly installed windows are smeared with handprints and images of the circular devices
