Many common work procedures, such as maintenance of roof drains, cameras, lights, skylights and HVAC equipment require access to roof areas where fall hazards exist. Any activity where a fall of greater than four feet could occur is considered a fall hazard by OSHA.
LIGHTNING can be considered a gigantic electric spark traveling between cloud and earth. Its energy level is difficult to comprehend. I had hail damage from the April 2021 Texas hail storm. Zenith has been great throughout the whole process. They came out, looked at my roof and gutters and gave me an estimate quickly. The estimate was comparable with other companies but I choose them because of their better communication and explanation as to what was needed for my roof/gutters. They scheduled my roof to be replaced within 2 weeks, and they did the whole roof in one day. The next day they came and did the gutters which took about 4 hours. Everything was cleaned up and an inspector came and checked over the roof, gutters, my home

They may be good roofers but they employ inconsiderate employees who barreled through a yield sign doing a minimum of 60 in a 40! Then sped through a SCHOOL ZONE AT 7:20AM!!
The license plate ended in 4833, he backed off the gas when he realized he messed up! Being late to a job is better then not arriving at all!

Zenith Roofing is a company like no other! When, after a hailstorm, I saw roofing company signs going up in yards all over my neighborhood, II thought it might be wise to have our roof checked. I had vivid memories of how happy we had been with service we received from Zenith Roofing when our roof was last replaced more than a dozen years ago. It did not occur to me to work with any other company.
I looked up the number on my old receipt, and called Zenith. Blaine made an appointment to come take a look at our roof. Sure enough, he said., we needed a new roof! Now we have had Allstate Insurance
