All these good reviews! I just wish they had shown up for the appointment they set and confirmed so that I could've had the same experience. Showing up is half the battle. No call no show following a confirmation. I had to use a half day vacation to be home so they could provide a quote. Now they won't return my calls.

Wow I am so blown away by this unprofessional company! They asked me to pay 1/2 down for trimming and mulch ...THE REASON FOR DEPOSIT WAS TO HOLD AN AGREED UPON DATE. I had to hunt them down the morning of....and no courtesy call nothing! Leah hid behind email. Said they were behind. When I requested the deposit back .....she emailed and said they… were keeping $50.00 as a PROCESSING FEE. FOR WHAT????? This is not acceptable. This is so unprofessional. I have never put a deposit down for trimming and mulch...buyer beware. Not even a courtesy call from this company. Despicable!

There are a lot of landscaping companies out there but AllScapes gets my highest respect because they are priced great, patient when talking to their customers to ensure all concerns have a well thought out plan to address the concerns. The work that they complete is spot on perfect. I could go on and on about how highly I respect them but instead, I ask that you simply place a call to them yourself because you will see that they are different and genuinely care about their customers. They've earned my business for life.

I got an estimate and a contract that clearly stated YARD and bed clean up. But that didn’t happen and after stopping in to discuss my complaint that the yard wasn’t even touched I was given excuses. Ex: the 2 workers worked for 1 1/2 hours and each worker is paid $50 an hour and you paid $200, they determined the debris was to sparse, the yard debris was’nt in piles . I showed them a picture and asked if they were coming back and was told “No but you can pay more to get the yard done.” Buyer beware I learned the hard way.

Allscapes quoted me $100 to cut and bag our rental lot in Stow. They said they would have to cut it multiple times and bag it to make it look nice since it had not been cut since the start of spring. We agreed to pay the extra $50 for that. I drove by the property afterwards and noticed clumps of grass in the majority of our yard and that they… cut almost the entire empty lot next to ours, which took them more time. I also noticed lines of grass that were tall and hadn’t been cut down like the rest of our grass. I called them on Saturday and let them know they cut the other lot next
