This is worst company I have ever dealt with. They showed up hour and half late charged$800 to change 2 shower mixing valves and clean furnace. I was told when I had made appointment they were scheduling 1 technician to come out to do everything instead they sent 3 techs one of which did nothing but tell other 2 techs what to do. Then when I asked about why there were 3 techs when there was suppose to be 1 I was told they had to change schedule. So they changed what they had told me but didn't notify me. Then when I questioned the bill the owner tried telling me how much his van cost and what it

It's great to find a great plumbing company. They helped me out right before the holidays when our water heater died. The dispatcher made us a priority when I was expecting to be without for a few days. The man who came out was polite and the work was done quickly. Best of all, it came in far lower than other estimates and was done sooner. I've used them ever since and I recommend you give them a shot.

Unfortunately we paid $125 for an assessment of where water could be leaking in our basement. They found nothing insider then opined it could be clogged gutters.
The next day, the Service Pro worker comes down to the basement, pries away some of the wall and immediately diagnosed a cracked sewer pipe! This time, Curries was unimpressive but has done good work in the past.

Really nice people however after buying a Rinnai unit years ago which was recommended by Currie Senior who said the unit was great, little to no maintenance. I have had to call 1 to 2 times every single year on this this unit, malfuctions, breaking parts and the like. They seem to fix it..only to have to be called the following day because it still does work right. Only a few of the guys know how to work this unit completely which I find also odd. But I am not supposed to get mad right?

TERRIBLE experience. Furnace cleaner didn't inspect furnace first. Installed a new fuel pump ($170 plus labor) THEN inspected furnace which turned out to be unsafe. I called about a new furnace (Friday) but no call back until Monday. Was told owner had to see the unit for himself so he apparently doesn't trust his employee's judgment. Owner couldn't get to me until Saturday...
DDLC came out within 3 hours. THAT'S customer service. I'm stuck with a $170 fuel pump that sells online for $68. That's quite a markup. DDLC got a new customer.

Curries has always been very responsive to any issue we've had. They have helped us with leaky toilets, replaced our water heater, and restored our central air conditioning that just wasn't cooling the house effectively. Every time we have had an occasion to call, they have arrived quickly, fully explained the issue, fixed things up in a professional manner, and left the work area clean. We've been very happy with their services!
