My whole experience with Flooring America was wonderful. I felt very special in that when ever I needed help or had questions I spoke to the same people I had met in the store. They never let me down from picking out the correct product, measuring my home, letting me decide my schedule
of install and even working with me when my husband got sick and we may have needed to reset a finish time. The installer was so easy to work with and the whole house (8 rooms) came out beautiful. Everyone was caring and professional. Thank You Flooring America.

We love our new floor and baseboard! The whole process went smoothly. They were always quick to communicate possible issues and responsive to our questions.
Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He was meticulous when sketching out our house and picked out the perfect flooring options for us to choose from.
David, the installer, was amazing and took no shortcuts. He was super flexible and knew how to get around every obstacle that came up.

We are very satisfied with our new floor. The tile we picked was delayed due to shipping issues, but the team stayed in touch with us and kept us informed on the shipment. As soon as it arrived, they re-arranged their schedule and got the installation started. Ciao and his team did a great job with the install and completed the job on time. We won’t hesitate to use them again!

Getting 1900 square feet of flooring in my own home gave me some hesitation especially based on my friends and clients horror stories about their experiences. But, I will sing from the Roof Tops about Flooring America! All their staff are knowledgeable about the product and the design features. Their crews are perfectionist, courteous and punctual!!! We ordered flooring and tile for our condo from Jay and Andrew. They were great to work with - quality products and great service. When our shower tile was not going to come in timely - they helped us reorder a new tile and got it in the following week. Always there to help with all questions and concerns. Highly recommend them!

I just had my second floor from Flooring America installed. I chose a luxury vinyl plank. The quality of the floor is amazing, second only to the amazing installers. I had Dave and Steve and their crew. They are absolute perfectionists. The floor and baseboard look grand. I am so pleased I chose this company over one of the big box stores. This is like being part of a family. On time, friendly, professional and so trustworthy. I am over the moon with my new bedroom floors. I sincerely recommend this company and their quality installers. You can't go wrong.

I’m extremely happy with the whole process from start to finish. I’m particularly pleased with father and son that did the install in my town house. They were very professional and courteous and I was surprisingly happy that it was all done in less than 2 days . My newly installed carpet at my condo is wonderful! Flooring America of Seminole did a great job. Upon arriving at the store I was helped by Amy. I told her what I was needing and she showed me samples. My choice was the first one I looked at. Amy came that afternoon for measurements. She sat up a time for my installation. Nick my installer was on… time and did an amazing job laying the carpet and putting my furniture back in place. We love our new floors! The process of buying new flooring was confusing at best...until we walked into Flooring America. Patrick started the process with detailed info about all the choices that were available to us. He explained everything from the manufacturing process to installation. With this info, we were able to confidently pick the… flooring that best suited us, our cats and our budget. We chose wood floors and Eric was our installer.
