Great company to work with. They show up timely. The work is clean and professional. They even make sure your property doesn't get damaged. They kindly let you know to move vehicles if they foresee an issue. I love this company because they are so responsive if they have to reschedule. Estimates are emailed timely along with photos.

Tip Top Arborists have had a great reputation for years, so we decided to call for a consultation/quote. Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the variety of trees we needed to have trimmed and made excellent recommendations. He was very thorough when explaining their certifications and procedures the crew would follow. The price quote was reasonable, the crew showed up on time, they were efficient and all the debris was hauled away so the yard looked perfect when they were done. We will definitely call them again!

Tom Baal initially came to my residence and drew up a detailed description of the work I wanted done and gave me a tentative price estimate. Within five days he sent me an email with a contract detailing the work to be done and the cost. The contract covered all that we had discussed on his visit to my residence, which made me feel good in proceeding with the work. The crew arrived early to set up and were ready to begin at the appointment time. They trimmed my California Pepper Tree beautifully and cleared a few of the roots that were potential problems. My yard looked so much better when the finished. They cleaned up all trimmings and debris in the yard and around the chipper. Will definitely hire when necessary. Very Happy we hired Tip Top.

Guy was so cool to spare me some time on my backyard trees and landscape. He also recommended me a nursery that would know more on my species of trees and issues. The first time they came out they were great. Good direction good people, the second time they came out they did not do as good a job as the first visit, called them to let them know I had some concerns about the way they trimmed the trees this time, waited days for a return call, never received a call back... now when I call they no longer service my area... well there you go ...good luck finding competent service people!.

Chris, the Certified Arborist/Estimator, came out to my home to give me a price for having trees trimmed, four of which are Chilean Pepper Trees in the front of the house. Chris answered all of my questions, gave me a verbal quote, and the next day the office called to set up an appointment for the work to be done. I had a huge 50 ft. Pine tree removed today I can now sleep without worry that that monster would fall on my house. I held my breath and prayed on windy and snow days.
This company is the best. I would not hesitate to call them again. They had a crew of 4 very knowledgeable arborists . I highly recommended this company. It was not cheap but they were able to cut down this huge tree and leave the property clean. No damage. I'm a happy customer.

Tip Top Arborists was awesome and exceeded expectations! Jim, the owner, showed up the day I called for an estimate. He emailed the estimate by the end of the business day. They were able to come out to do the work within a week. Jim showed up on the first day with his crew to review the job list and they quickly and efficiently removed four large trees and several stumps. I got a quote awhile back. There said it was good for 6 months. That was perfect because I knew I didn't want to have the trees removed just yet. I called almost at the end of the 6 months, and got scheduled. They called a couple weeks later said a spot had opened up and asked if want them to come the next day. Yes! So they came, worked quickly and efficiently. And surprisingly quiet for all they did. Those trees made a huge mess but they cleaned up even better than it looked before! Meeting my new neighbors I was horrified to see that the roots from my Australian willow tree had undermined my neighbors driveway and side walk causing major damage.
