Construction Management Report

Design Phase - includes scope definition and cost, trade bid packages, budget estimates, project schedule, plus post construction services. Bidding and Contract Award Phase - securing permits, ensuring good bid response, finalizing budget and schedule, preparing contracts and PO's, sub bonds and insurance compliance.

General Contracting Report

BENCHMARK was founded on general contracting and has become a leader in commercial construction over the last 29 years. We continue to offer this project delivery method for those clients who prefer it. As GC of a project, we coordinate and supervise the project from early development to completion.

Pre-Construction Services Report

During the critical pre-construction phase, clients get the benefit of the builder's experience and viewpoint. At BENCHMARK, we believe that proactive management during this phase will assure that the design reflects the client's program requirements, as well as budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
