These guys have TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered over $5000 of flooring from them and when I called a couple of weeks later to see if it had come in and schedule a delivery, they said they sold it to someone else. So I had to order it again. When it came in, I called again for delivery and they couldn't do it (COVID19), so my contractor came out to get it and they gave him the wrong order - so he loaded a ton of materials that the flooring guys gave him, brought it to our house and it was the wrong stuff. When I called to straighten things out, the owner, Mal, got all defensive and argumentative

We've had 6 experiences with Fashion Floors, our most recent one yesterday; all of them excellent. I never go anywhere else.The quality and installation is always top notch. I believe our kitchen floor is 12 years old and it looks as good today as the day it went in. Quality products and installations hold their value.

These folks essentially hung up on me because I wouldn't give them my exact address just to ask if they do carpet patching or not. When I said "I don't feel comfortable giving my address out to people I haven't hired yet", the person on the phone just hung up in spite of the fact that I'd told him my name and given my phone number and general neighborhood.
