Fast professional service! Just bought our house about a month ago, second time we have had to have someone out for the same issue! Joseph and Zach were at our home 30 minutes and had our problem figured out! They took the time to explain the problem and even took pictures from under the house to help explain the problem.

Due to waiting for a part, the repair took a couple of weeks in very hot weather. We couldn’t open windows due to smoke. However, customer service was excellent and the service proceeded quickly and efficient once the part arrived.

Called and set up an appointment on 7/14 and to my suprise was going to be able to get me in the next day 7/15 to look at our ac that stopped blowing cold air. Was told they would call when on the way over. Never heard anything and ac is still down. Office staff was nice and friendly but that doesn't fix stuff. Unfortunately I won't try and use again and would not recommend. A simple call explaining anything would have been nice, but after waiting until the end of their business hours/day without showing up I ordered my own parts, just have to wait longer now to repair it myself.

The technician called prior to coming and was here 10 minutes later... I contacted a couple of other businesses and was told it would be at least a week before they could get to me. Ruby Mountain responded in a day. The staff was friendly and the bill was A LOT cheaper than we thought it would be... Repair time was about 40 minutes and the problem and repairs were explained to me in simple terms. I won't hesitate to use Ruby Mountain HVAC and Refrigeration again!

I would not recommend this company AT ALL. They installed a hot water heater incorrectly, left before they could check to make sure it was installed correctly, the next morning my garage was completely flooded. They took zero responsibility for the install, and basically told me the flooding was not their fault and not their problem. I would never call them again.
