Core Products was started in the back of Eddie Crawford's garage in 1976 when Eddie created a product that would start a movement. At a time when most people cooled their homes with window units, water drops from condensation would slowly stain and ruin their carpet. Six months ago I would have given it 5 stars. But something has changed recently with Unbelievable Ink Out. I have been using Unbelievable Ink Out for many years. It seems to me that you have recently… changed the formulation. The product I received last September and again this month is not the same as it used to be. It has a different odor - no more mint smell. Also, it doesn't seem to work as well - it leaves some small spots of ink whereas before it always removed all the ink. It still works better than anything else I have ever tried but just not as good as it used to. Why the change
