Do not recommend. Had solar installed by them 3 years ago, spent over $30000 and even referred family to these people. App recently showed that production has been next to nil for the past 3 months. Repeatedly called, left message, and emailed the company without any response and unable to get a live person to help. Finally got the receptionist when I called pretending to be a new client, who then stated she put us in a queue for the technician to take a look, with no specific date or time when he will show up. It has been 3 weeks and no one has contacted us. Go with these guys at your own risk

My solar system was working well for 2 years but has been down for the last 3 weeks, reportedly due to a power surge. The equipment manufacturer's best practice recommendation is to install adequate surge protection. I had inquired about this protection prior to signing the contract but was told they do not provide the service and they did not recommend it. Parts of the install were also different than what was initially discussed (see photos).
They had promised me that any solar production problems would be monitored and repaired by Solar 360 but in fact did not take any action on this issue

Had solar installed by solar 360. They were fast and efficient and walked us through the whole process. They sorted out the no money down finances for us. The installers were respectful and clean. The whole thing was a breeze really. They were recommended to me be several of my colleagues and I have to say I'm glad I listened. Highly recommend this company.

Just finished our consultation with Kenny, and he was super thorough and honest with what could and couldn't be done. He was far from being pushy, trying to sell me something that I wouldn't maximize my savings. I felt completely comfortable working with him.
I really appreciated his honesty and time (including climbing up to the third story roof the first time). Hopefully, it'll still work out for us, but if not, I would still highly recommend calling Kenny for a consultation!

Solar was installed on my house by the prior owner. Before they sold, there was a part that needed replacement, and I needed to transfer ownership of the new roof warranty (placed at the same time). After numerous calls and emails I finally reached someone and had an appointment for them to come and install the part. They no-showed my appointment and provided no courtesy call or email about the missed appointment. Since that time I have called, emailed, called and emailed Solar360 at least 5+ times and there has been no response. If this is any indication of how they will treat future customers

Two months ago I discovered my roof was leaking. We have a roofer who's taken care of my father-in-law's house and a few friends houses over the years. I gave them a call and it was confirmed the roof had to go. I purchased solar from Solar 360 in 2014. They did a great job and it looked like I was going to need them again. I won't lie I had some trepidation about calling them and either discovering they were out of business or would be unable to help in time to get my roof replaced. Jerad and team at Solar 360 were amazing from start to finish. My solar panels (only 3 years old) went out and I needed an on site service call to diagnose the situation. They went above an beyond what I expected from them and got my home solar back up and running with ease. Excellent service and super friendly team. I had an extremely positive experience with Solar 360. My install was a bit challenging and it seemed Newport inspectors were an obstacle every step of the way. But project managers Clayton and Jared were great about keeping me in the loop and letting me know what the next step is through the entire process. Both were accessible, answering and/or returning calls promptly. Once the system was up and running I got a great tutorial from Jared. Finally, the cost. Great experience. Shopped around with several local companies such as solar city. Decided best option for me was purchasing rather than leasing. Some companies built plans online and over t phone, but Dominique Rivas actually came out my home to build a proposal and compare with the other ones.
Dominique was personal and punctual. He was able to tell me advantages of each panel and inverter. He was able to get me a competitive price as well.

We got our solar power system installed and running smoothly because of the very good work of our sales person Mike McCue and our project manager Courtney Ford. These people were so knowledgeable and very nice and fun to work with. They were easy to get hold of and responded in a timely manner as well.

Would I recommend them? Definitely not. Everything sounds good up front from the beginning but once they get you to sign the contract, the helpfulness stops. They are eager to get your money. DI've only had headaches trying to understand what is going on. They didn't even set me up on the right plan for SCE and when they said they monitor your solar power system, they don't. I reported to them that the SolarEdge App has stated that I haven't generated anything for a while but they have ignored my phone calls and emails (see picture showing the two weeks plus of no solar). Absolutely stellar experience with the entire Solar 360 team. Called to schedule a consultation and Rene, our sales associate, was able to come out that same week. They provide a clear recommendation, options for financing over 12 and 20 years, and a digitized proposal. Rene was very transparent and consultative throughout.

I chose Solar 360 because of the positive reviews. The sales rep seemed to be far more knowledgable then reps from other companies I spoke to. They definitely were not the cheapest, but I do believe you get what you pay for. I was WRONG!
The communication has been TERRIBLE. I've had to initiate all phone calls as to the status of the project. The installers show up later than the times given and leave without saying anything unless you track them down. They don't work a full 8 hours. The won't show up for weeks with no update. Then I would call and be given the run around

New flat roofing with insulation and covered in a sealant to help reflect heat. They also installed solar for us as well. At the end of the project the roofer said he would be back to paint the siding to match (pictures) and that someone would contact us for final inspection. 2 months after the solar was turned on I had to reach out and ask for a final inspection, at this point is when I realized I had made the wrong decision with this company. David came out and did the inspection and saw that it wasn't all completed. There were dripping,

Overall experience was pretty bad. It started good until after the install. My roof was leaking in 6 spots where they drilled my roof. I had to go in the attic to take pictures for them several times. The good thing was that they installed new paper on the section of the roof where the solar was installed. After the roof was done they never showed up on the day they told me they were going to install the solar back on. They didn't come back until 24 days later when I send a couple emails regarding the install and all the trash that was left from the roof work. They finished the install and only

Sale process with Brent was great! I was not constantly pressured into making a decision. I asked a million questions over the course of weeks and he took the time to answer each one, rather than just referring me to an informational pamphlet. I was given a custom proposal that spelled out the process pretty well.

After researching solar companies I decided upon solar 360. The system had excellent components, but without doubt the sales representative was a key deciding factor. Dominique was patient and able to answer all technical questions. There was no pressure and all he represented was true. He followed through and to this day, is still available. Update: I take that 2 star back. Now I wish I could just leave no stars. All the old felt paper from the roof and some of the new rolls were left leaning of my wooden fence for a month. From 12/17 to 1/16. The wooden fence at one point gave out and was leaning towards my neighbors side. They were the ones that brought it up. I contacted solar 360 about it and after they came to take a look they refused to fix it because they said the fence already had dry rot and that they are not going to take responsibility. So we were always iffy on solar because the price we almost leased at one point so glad we didn’t. We had spoke with Tesla, sun-run, and solar max. Then my friend told me about solar 360 so glad we went with them. David Willis is top notch. He is as honest as they come always answers questions even late at night. Gave us a killer deal on a purchase as well not a lease. Some great looking lg panels nice and sleek. Courtney is on top of everything had her as our project manager.
