Black Medic is normally a summer annual, but can act as a perennial in some conditions. It has a taproot, spreads low to the ground and is more active on soils low in nitrogen fertility. Ground ivy, also known as Creeping Charlie, is hard to control and spreads quickly because you can't pull it out easily in lawns.

We've been pleased with Eternally Green Lawn Care. They were recommended to us by a local landscaping company who we have used as a company who would give us great lawn care. We used them last year for fertilization/weed control as well as lawn aeration in the fall. We were pleased with the communication from the company to let us know when they would come out as well as answered a ton of questions before we even started service.
They're starting spring lawn care this week, and nicely gave me a heads up (critical since it's a busy time for various exterior projects).

They like to fertilize your sidewalk. Owner Sue does not return calls. I am done with them! I have video of the guy driving on 2 of my sidewalks dispensing fertilizer all over them and then they just leave it. They did my whole subdivision this way. My landscaper will need to find a different fertilizer service if he wants to keep our business for next year. 130 homes on 26 acres and crap service and customer service!

Eternally Green has been providing fertilization treatments for my one acre plus home since 2013. We have since added core aeration and grub control. They are professional and responsive to any issues that may come up between treatments. Their suggestions on watering and lawn cutting to help prevent issues are helpful and have improved the appearance of my lawn. It is healthy and doing well ! Each year my lawn gets better with the core aeration which helps it get thicker and to better absorb the fertilization that keeps it growing!

The worst most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. These people were rude and liars. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They totally destroyed my lawn. Because they came back twice and nothing was improving.? In fact it kept getting worse! Totally killed all my grass. I refuse to pay them.Then they jacked up my bill another $200 and sent it to collections and now my credit is ruined.
Told me I wasn't watering my lawn enough. Did not tell me that I had to over water my lawn or it would die. I have a sprinkler system which is only allowed to water every other day

Be careful or they may show up before dawn to do their services and wake your entire house of children up on a Saturday at 6am! They did this just today with the Elementary school I live adjacent to in Shorewood! WHY would you show up at 6am in a residential neighborhood with multiple loud machines? It's rude and disrespectful! Common sense would say to wait until a reasonable hour but obviously this company does not care about the people of this city, whose tax dollars pay for their services. As you can see from the pics below, the SUN isn't even up yet!

I am extremely impressed with both the Eternally Green Team and their products! My lawn is lush and supple and they are always very responsive if I have questions or need a follow-up treatment because of the excessive rain we've had this year. We have done the fertilizer treatments - no more dandelions! - and the mosquito treatment. Both have been a huge success!

I hate writing negative reviews, but I'm hoping to save someone else the hassle I have to go through. My lawn has been cared for by Eternally Green since 2004. So you would think they will care, but in reality since last year they don't. I guess they are growing (busy) and the service quality has gone down (see pictures). I usually pay upfront (a mistake), and my calls to get them to come out have been ignored for the past 3 weeks, and I was not able to speak to a manager either. Whatever they claim they apply don't believe it, if you still using them, be present in each application

I wish I could give this company a negative star rating! My lawn was lush, thick and deep green- I always got compliments on it until this company DESTROYED it!!. We had another lawn care service and thought we would try eternally green because they were cheaper. You get what pay for!! I have a lawn cutting service and I asked them about the brown spots in my lawn, they said it looks like I have grubs. I have used Eternally Green for almost 4 years and was satisfied until the last application. My lawn was lush green (and received "A" on their report card for color/cutting height/watering when they applied the fertilizer/weed control in June). Within 3 DAYS my lawn was brown/yellow and stopped growing. Mowing service was cancelled for 3 weeks and then came mostly to edge. I admit I waited 3 weeks to contact Eternally Green because I was hoping the grass would come back. Technician came out and said it was my fault for not watering "correctly" even though you could see that

Excellent value for the services rendered. We are so thrilled to finally have a lawn care program that works. We had an insect infestation that they quickly resolved and ever since then they have kept our yard looking beautiful. Can't say enough about Jim and his staff. They are professional and extremely approachable as to any questions about your lawn you may have.

Terrible, dishonest company. They do not do what they say they will do when you sign up. I requested that they call before they came to fertilize and they did not, even after several attempt to request this (this was offered as a service when I signed up). They also missed a section when they aerated my lawn. Then argued with me about it-the sales person (Mike) actually hung up on me. I would have been satisfied if they would have come back to get the spot they missed. I cancelled my service and it took multiple calls to get this taken care of as well.

In 2015 we had contacted, and thought corrected an application marking issue. The 2016 spring application, sadly, wasn't marked adequately, as we were promised-service dog again had seizures. Upon contacting company, "Kristie", stated I needed to calm down, although I was calm. She then hung up, because CLEARLY this company does not care!
Flags to mark property must cost a good amount, you neglected AGAIN to mark our property. Perhaps the vet bill will encourage your company to do job as Promised!

These guys are Awesome! No pressure to buy anything! They recommend what you need and explain there services and let you choose what you want. No high pressure sales or even sales calls. They call a few days in advance to let you know what day they'll be out to service your lawn. Always extremely friendly from the office staff to the tech. After having another company for three years with minimal results it was a breath of fresh air to find these guys. My lawn looks great already and I have only had three services. Would highly recommend them!

If you're looking for an honest, trustworthy lawn care company, this is it. Jim, the owner, has always been helpful in diagnosing and solving problems with my yard & trees, at both my business and home. They've treated my lawn for bugs, fertilized the lawn and trees, & aerated my lawn. They're not out to sell you products or treatments that you don't need, and they don't use watered down products on your lawn. Highly recommended!
