It is a full service garage door installation and repair company with Residential, Commercial, Wholesale and Parts departments. The cables on our garage door snapped in the middle of the day unexpectedly. I didn't call until after hours but they still offered to have someone out ASAP that night if I needed to get my car out. I declined because it wasn't an emergency and their repair guy was still out first thing the next day. He was super nice, explained to me right off exactly what was needing repaired and had the work done in under 20 minutes. They were just super prompt and professional.

I had a broken spring and wanted a subpar opener replaced. Send Overhead an email on a Sunday afternoon, had a response Monday morning and installation took place Tuesday morning. The customer service was excellent.
My technician was Aaron S. He was great. Felt like he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the installation process.
I absolutely will be using Overhead Door again with any garage door needs. From the beginning of the process to the end they exceeded my expectations. Appreciate their help getting our issues taken care of.

Overhead Door repaired the remote-controlled garage door on my 1930's era home. They were able to do so on the afterfnoon of the same day I called in.
Technician Bryan is familiar with (even old) Raynor doors, and did excellent, thorough work, is also very pleasant and personable.
When I called to make the appointment, I knew Overhead Door had worked on this same door in the past. The office scheduler found the record: 2003!!
One repair every 17 years is beyond awesome! See you in 2037!

My electricty was shut off due to line work so I detached my overhead door so i could get my vehicles out. The electricty came back on and when I started the garage door opener the cable came off on one side and twisted the door and rail. So with a pending snow storm coming the next day I called overhead door and asked for an emergency fix. To my surprise the serviceman, Aaron, was out within two hours and had everything fixed and adjusted properly. Very professional and a job well done and a happy customer.

Our old (but new to us) home, has a two car garage but came with only one garage door opener which was on it's last leg of life. The button was misaligned in it's socket and generally took some time to align just right before it'd finally trigger the door. I also wanted to add a keypad to the outside of the door.
So, I called to make an appointment to have a technician install both the keypad and two new clickers. But, they charge a $90 service fee anytime they send a technician to your site so my husband decided to swing by and pick up two new clickers and a keypad to do it himself

We needed to have some panels replaced on our garage door and these guys were super helpful in getting us all set up. We worked with a gent named Dan who was often busy, but always good about getting back to us later in the day if we left a message.
While the panels for the doors cost about the same amount as our house payment for the month, they were good at finding the panels we needed for a door that's not particularly common. They were also able to hook us up with replacement garage door openers.
Once the plans were in place, home base was good about keeping us informed about the goings
