We currently have 11 full-time employees - 2 service technicians, 7 installation crew members, 2 office staff. Owner Billy Reeves is also available daily to come out to your home and give you an estimate on installing your new heating and cooling equipment.

Billy always had a love for the HVAC industry. He started his career in the early 80's and worked with his dad for many years in the field. He received his HVAC certificate from Walker Technical Institute (now known as Georgia Northwestern Technical College) in 1989 and later went on to start Reeves Heating & Air, LLC in 1993.

Unprofessional and unbelievably disrespectful worst experience in my whole entire life! The owner Came to do repair for my Aircon for my business. He claimed everything is good and demanded almost $800 for the repair immediately and I paid him .
Aircon broke down again just few hours later and I called him and he took a day longer time to come back to repair the same problem but again same thing the Aircon broke down again the following day. I called him to let him his problem and this time he came back later with excuse telling me my Aircon compressor is gone this time and need to be replace

Arrived home on Saturday night from vacation to air conditioning not working. I have done business with Reeves since 1995 and as always was VERY impressed with service. Unit had to have a part which he obtained SAME DAY and my home is cool again. Terrific experience - highly recommend. I am a very happy customer.

I acted as project manager for 28 townhouses downtown and used reeves as they were the cheapest bid. They were ill equiped with very poor managment. the most difficult sub I have had to work with on any job. they repeatedly failed to meet deadlines. Maybe ok for residential but did NOT perform for the projects they did for us...
