For more than 35 years Pariseau Heating and Cooling has been designing and installing heating and cooling systems for homes and businesses in and around Berkshire County. Our experienced service staff combined have 70 plus years of experience in the installation and servicing of all kinds of heating and cooling systems.
Pariseau Inc repairs, services and installs heating and cooling systems. We design and install heat pump and air conditioning systems, radiant heat systems, baseboard heat systems, hot air furnaces and ducted systems. We sell and service equipment with an emphasis on ducted systems. Our primary brand sold is York but we work with other top quality brands such as American Standard and Carrier.
Pariseau Inc commercial has the training and experience to work on any heating and air conditioning systems including variable refrigerant flow systems. Not every Heating and Cooling company has the experience needed to work on commercial systems. We have built a reputation for being our communities trusted residential & commercial repair company by providing quality work and putting our client experience as our top priority.

Do NOT use Pariseau! While they will be quick to sell you an expensive HVAC system, lots of luck getting any service or maintenance--which are absolutely critical to the safe, efficient functioning of the system. Oh, you may get new filters, but the caution is NOT to mess with the heat pump and other parts yourself. Like Deb S in her review, I do not feel this company stands by their expensive products; nor do I feel they care at all for the satisfaction of their customer. Their attitude when called with service issues is IMO deplorable. This has caused us distress, expense, and annoyance,

I don't know what has happened to this company. It used to be good. They installed my complicated system several years ago and serviced it whenever I called for an appointment. This year, I've called multiple times and no one ever called me back. I finally called and placed an emergency call because I was tired of having no A/C and was having company. They ended up charging me time and a half, because it was an "after hours" emergency. To my mind, they should have given me a discount for my patience. They "fixed" the A/C, although the rep who came was not familiar

I needed to have a full hvac replacement done in the middle of summer...furnace, coil and condenser. These guys really came through...good service, great install in just 2 days, and good price. Randy and Chris (owners) were both responsive and flexible, Chad was their lead tech who did the furnace install and Sean handled outside. Definitely recommend this company and their team.
