You won’t find another company that not only strives to please, but does it right ! Excellent and informative company with great customer service that goes the extra mile. Even better, it’s a family owned company and not a big box where too many of the employees don’t care if you’re pleased with the product or service! 12/6/21 MAC Garage Door is the best. One of my springs broke. I tried a few other place around town trying to find someone that would sell me the springs but couldn't. I passed this place one evening and decided to check them out. I left a message and they call back within 24hrs. They said they have what I needed Soni said I would be right there. There was no hassling me about having them do the work. They where very polite and answered all my questions about doing the repair myself. I would recommend this place before another stop in the area.

On 8/27/21 the torsion spring on one of my garage doors decided it had done enough work and quit! It quit alright with a bang! Being the dutiful homeowner and some capability to make repairs I opted for "I can fix this". Started searching YouTube "how to replace garage door springs". Watched several and figured I got this! Now to buy a spring! Too long for delivery so on 8/30 I went to MAC Garage Door. The young man at the desk wasn't sure if they had what I needed but pleasantly went to search! About five minutes later he returns with a spring! Comparably priced to what I found online too! Now

I bought 3 doors from mac garage door company. It took awhile to get because of covid. Levi called me every few days to update me on the installation date. That meant alot to me. I knew what to expect. The install when great no problems at all. I added on some things to my doors a few weeks later. On the day we scheduled they was here at 8 am and they called when they was on the way.. very easy company to do business with. Everyone is friendly. Thanks mac doors..

The estimator found cracks in our frame of where the garage door goes on the house; I was impressed with this thoroughness, as the other two companies never mentioned the need. This, also, made installation easier on the day of install because they were able to have everything on the truck for the job!

Great customer service from the moment I sent an email inquiring info. They quickly reply, visited and looked at my garage for an estimate. Provided details of what was needed and what was going to get done. Received the estimate as explained in writing immediately. This made my purchasing decision quite simple. Levi and Kyle were awesome and came out right away. My spring broke on my door and helped me be able to use my garage door again as well as were very prompt in answering questions and getting my quote for a new door. The door was installed in a timely manner and the installers cleaned up after themselves and get a great job. The new door makes my house looks amazing. I would def recommend MAC garage doors to anyone.
