Al was such a life saver and true professional! He responded quickly to my request. We had a bug infestation problem and within 1 minute of being at our house he knew where the problem was coming from and made recommendations. He was kind to explain things to us so we understood. Al came to my house today because i developed a small mouse problem in my home recently and me having a newborn, i wanted to get the issue resolved quickly.

Al came right at 10, not a second late. After showing him the areas I was concerned about, he explained to me that I was dealing with carpenter bees and didn't pose a danger to me or my kids. He actually recommended no services at this time, which is impressive Bc a lot of places will find any reason to charge for their time. When an issue comes up I'll definitely be calling here first.

This business is exactly how all businesses should be. Al was on time for the appointment, was friendly and professional, evaluated my property and assessed the situation before making his suggestions. Al did not try to sell me services I didn't need, gave me advice in what to do to prevent mice from getting in, and was on his way. Connecticut is a buggy place. Over the years we have had problems with ants and bees at our home in Orange. We have used over the past ten years Bethwood Pest Control. You deal with the owner/operator, Al Ryan, who is a real nice person and manages his business with pride. His fee, $299, covers a quality treatment inside and out with a guarantee to return without charge if any problem continues - no problem ever continued!

I first called them about eight years ago, and have been using him ever since whenever a problem comes up. The owner, Al Ryan, is a straight shooter and doesn't oversell you at all, in fact he expertly advises you on exactly what you need, and prices are very competitive with the bigger corporate exterminators. I'd rather give my business to a "Mom & Pop" all day long anyhow!
