I live in the Arbors Apartments and this company comes and cuts our grass on Tuesdays. They haven't cut it in about a month since its winter time and the grass hasn't really grown, but today they decided to cut the grass while we have Christmas decorations on the little grass that we do have. (A notice would have been nice) They broke my Christmas light fixture and never said anything about it, just threw it aside. You should see how fast these guys cut grass and run over everything, they dont have any professionalism , they just want to get it over with. When I finally move out of these apartments

I hired first choice in August of 2017 when I first moved into it. I discussed with Mitch the things I would like done with it. It was a little over grown when I bought the home. He said he would be in touch and never heard from him again. Basically the lawn guys would mow and blow. But there were medium size twigs that had fallen from trees, and instead of pick them up and take them off. They would pick up and put by my fence. It was frustrating. I contacted the lady at office when spring was around the corner and said I would like my grass greener and she said they could spray it to help it.

I left home this morning with lush green grass. I came home to areas cut down to the dirt and piles of grass clippings all over the yard. The concrete areas were barely blown off and there was debris in front of every doorway. When I hired them I specifically asked them NOT to cut the yard too short. And mind you, 10 days before this I had left a message on their answering machine asking them not to come back. This was the worst 'mow and blow' I have ever seen in anyone's yard.
