They are a complete scam. I am on the phone with the Better Business Bureau now. They tell you that your $59.99 charge to your card at the time of making the appointment is going to be applied to your repairs. They came and did the repairs totaling $233. I signed the form and they I paid them $233 by way of check not realizing that they added the $59.99 onto the invoice today to total $293 and then took it back off. I should have only written them a check for $173 as they already deducted this money on my debit. So the $59.99 was not actually applied to the repairs. They were HORRIFIC people by

They completely ripped us off! I understand that repairman labor is not cheap, and that their knowledge & skill to determine the problem are valuable, but the labor charge we received was outrageous! The repair took 15 minutes (80% of which was pulling out the fridge, taking the back panel off, & running back to the car for parts) and our LABOR CHARGE was $210. He literally just pulled the piece off (not even a screw driver required), grabbed a new one from the car, popped it back on and said "yep, that was it." The actual repair was less than 2 mintues.
