Our home was very damp to wet under the crawl space. They treated and removed any mold they found. They removed old insulation and incapsulated the crawl space . They installed a dehumidifier and sump pump. Now it is dry in the crawl space and the wood will not rot or attract termites.

Buddy is old-school with new technology. He really cares about people beyond the call of duty. I was in an emergency today and didn't have any help. He was in the neighborhood and offered to stop by and help me and did. Who does that nowadays? People like that are an endangered species! Thank you Buddy. I am so deeply touched. :)

It is so great working with Buddy and Tana. We use them for quarterly service and they are very knowledgeable and responsive. It was super easy to schedule with them and they were flexible in meeting our needs. At one point, some of our guests had brought up issues of bees and they showed up same day to rectify the issue. Would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service.

I called Summit Pest Solutions and spoke to a super kind and friendly individual. She answered my questions and was very helpful. She set up an appointment for my inspection and the owner Buddy came to inspect the property. He was very thorough and checked everything inside and outside. I was very lucky and did not need any treatment. If I ever do need pest treatment services I will definitely call Summit Pest Solutions first. I will also refer them to my friends and family.
