Since then Precision Builders has built eight subdivisions and constructed nearly 1,000 individual homes. Precision Builders has built homes in Knox, Loudon, Blount, Anderson, and Campbell Counties. Gordon's younger son, Eric, joined the family business in 1991 and works as the daily on-site supervisor of all subcontractors.
With energy costs rising every day, it may well be that in the future, the cost to heat and cool your home may be equal to your mortgage payment. That is why we think it is important to build your home as energy efficient as possible. If you choose to do so, we can build your home to Energy Star Three standards.
We offer a design/build program to help you achieve your home-building goal. If you do not already have home plans, we will work with you to develop plans for your dream home. We will meet with you and our home designer to help you work through the various details of designing a home that will meet your needs and be within your budget.

I chose precision builders for my first ever custom build home and can honestly say I don’t think I could have made a better choice.
