RKM Flooring did an excellent job on our floors - from start to finish they were great to work with. They refinished my current hardwood floors in 3 rooms, and the stairs while installing and finishing hardwoods in a fourth room. In addition, they laid tile in my foyer and mudroom/laundry/bath area - which all came out beautiful. They were very patient with me as I chose the finish for my floors (and provided samples for me to bring to the house to look at) and were helpful in sharing their opinions and sent photos from other jobs they had done. I felt as though Rob partnered with me every step

We have been working with RKM Flooring Solutions for several months now, as we decided to fully renovate our 33 year old home. From the choosing of tile, carpeting, hardwood—Steve, Rob, and their teams have given us outstanding service! Steve helped with picking out bathroom tiles and hardwood. Had Rob and his team out for two rooms worth of flooring last week. It’s been a project we’ve had in the works for at least a year or so. When we finally pulled the trigger, RKM was incredibly professional and efficient. Not only that, but they took all the extra precautions to keep me and my family safe during this pandemic. Masks, gloves and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Completed the entire project ahead of schedule and at a rate that was far superior to anyone else. I can’t recommend them enough - there’s no one else I would go to for flooring in Franklin.

Cannot say enough positive things about our experience with RKM Flooring. Everyone we met at the company was super friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Rob who helped us through the entire process. Great customer service. Most importantly the workmanship was awesome. We had new hardwood installed in our kitchen and sanded / stained the existing downstairs floors to match. The new floors are beautiful and we cannot tell the new hardwood from old. We could not be more pleased with the result. We will definitely use RKM the next time we are in need of flooring.

Rob came out to my house right when he said he would be there to give me an estimate. All I needed was a for my hardwood floors to be refinished to make the house look better for its upcoming sale. There was an area by the back door that was almost worn down to the bare wood which brought up some concern about making it look like the rest of the floors. I stayed out of the house for 3 days while the floors were being done and when I I was me home I was amazed at how good the place looked. The entire floor looked as good as new. Every single scratch was taken out and the area by the back door looked

I highly recommend RKM for your flooring and tile projects. I compared several contractors for my bathroom remodel and RKM has the best value to offer. They have a great selection to choose from.
Although they were not the cheapest choice, they were still within the budget that I planned for. Their quality of work and communication throughout the installation were tremendous.
They also recommended a great plumber within their network, who was a good reflection on their business.

From the first call placed to the final result, I can not recommend RKM enough!! We mostly worked with Rob, who provided oversight to all flooring and tile projects, as well as working with our general contractor, who at the time had several different contractors working at the same time. Rob and his team were very flexible and thorough. Rob had my husband and I come to his showroom where we were offered a surprisingly large selection of flooring and tiling options, and worked with us to help us create a custom look that we wanted for our home.

The project: Circa 1950 bathroom in antique home that was once a bedroom--large space! This project was an undertaking and required serious imagination. Rob was with me the entire way, making suggestions and executing a detailed tile plan aimed to bring this bathroom into the 21st Century. This was not a one-day job. As we moved forward, Rob and his team were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and did a superb job of installing three separate areas of tile, while maintaining the integrity of original elements we wanted to keep. Like any project of this size, we ran into a few unexpected glitches

I called RKM Flooring to do some custom tile work for our new construction project. The job required extra care during tile installation because i had a costly, large, art tile mural for a special location. This came in several pieces & had to to be precisely installed for the design to work. RKM confirmed my trust -- they did a fantastic job installing the backer board, waterproofing, installing the mural & surrounding tile & backsplash. They patiently spent time making sure instructions were clear, things were done properly, & gave their professional input when needed at key decision points.
