I've heard ads for this business on Spirit 105.3 for several years so when it came time to need my roof repaired, I reached out to Gardner first because I thought they'd be reliable and responsive. I left a detailed VM msg indicating what I needed and received a text (supposedly from Robert Gardner) on 6/11 indicating he could stop by the following week and asked for my address. I provided it and then heard NOTHING and never received a follow-up text or call. I sent another text on 6/16 and still NO RESPONSE.

A friend recommended Robert after getting a steep roof done, that many passed on. Ours was not steep, but it was three stories up. Of the three bids, theirs was the least expensive, without any up selling. Their crew showed up as stated, and they protected all the surrounding areas with ground covers, and finished the job in two days. I would recommend adding them to your list of bidders, when vetting a roof.

Robert and his team were fast, thorough and provided a quality new roof for our home. We had two layers of roof to remove. They took both layers off, laid down the new roof, installed new vents and wrapped the fireplace exhaust properly.
It will be awhile before we need a new roof, but if we do we will be calling again! Great quality work! Thank you!

I never write reviews but I have to praise Robert Gardner who just inspected my small leaky deck and declared the decking was fine, the door threshold was the problem. He could have slapped down a new flat roof and charge me $10K which is what neighbors paid for their small deck/balcony. I'm very grateful for Robert's professional integrity.

Terrible experience in getting a bid for a roof repair. I asked for a bid and he said he would call before he came. He came by the house unannounced and got on the roof without contacting me first, while my wife and kids were in the house. They had no idea he was up there. Then when I called him back about the quote he left on my voicemail and asked how he was able to give me a quote without seeing the underside of the roof, he hung up on me.

They do it all, from flat to composition to cedar, great prices and what's most important to me, superb communication and exemplary post-project follow-up and accountability.
Robert is super precise in his communication skills and our clients felt like we were wizards for recommending him. There's no better return on giving a referral than having a client feel well taken care of.
Can't recommend him enough!

Some leaks have shown up on a roof installed by Gardner Roofing 2.5 years ago. Recently Mr. Gardner and I have gotten a hold of each other and he's coming over today to check out the leaks we have going on. Sometimes companies and services mess up or things don't run smoothly. As a small business owner myself I have experienced this several times. And it's how the people involved respond that makes all the difference. And subsequently make clients for life. I'm very happy that we have the opportunity to make things right and will post an update once we've figured everything

I had Robert and his team finish a job that was started by the previous homeowner - cut ridge vents, replace a skylight, and fix some flashing. Robert and his team were on time, reasonably priced, and did a great job. Robert is full of energy and clearly loves what he does. I will hire them again if I need a roofer.

I have known Robert Gardner, the owner of Gardner roofing for over 15 years. He has roofed numerous buildings for various properties I used to own in the 90's and 2000's. Over the years I have referred him to others and he has always been outstanding in delivering what he promised. Many years ago he did a roof for a close friend of mine who I knew would be extremely picky and Robert got it done to my friends' full satisfaction. It took a lot of call backs to get there but Robert delivered. Whenever I get work done I always get competitive bids and in every case his bids are lower
