Our sales person was Jon, and he was knowledgeable, but also respectful of my time. He explained their products in about 30 minutes, and I absolutely love the no pressure approach.We talked to another company that took over 2 hours, and they were using sleezy salesman tactics to try and get my business, that made me really appreciate Jon's approach.

What an excellent experience! I am a former remodeling / flooring contractor of many years, and I have spent many countless hours renovating and restoring my Akron Tudor-style home. This company was chosen over 5 other bidders for this project. They were not the least expensive but I felt the most comfortable using them after doing my own scoring tally which included return contact time from initial request and follow up questions, reviews going back several years, price, warranty, knowledge of their product, and a few others. Nick gave an excellent presentation and explanation when he came to do our proposal. The crew that did our roof were prompt and very respectful of our property. They were polite and did an excellent job. Our roof was replaced in just one day. Their cleanup was very thorough. Nick was always available if we called with a question, both before and after the job. Very competitive pricing. Great warranty. Would highly recommend Eagle Eye Roofing!

Great experience! They were doing a house down the street and since they were already in the neighborhood were able to fit me quickly. Great customer service. Jon did an outstanding job with the presentation and explained what they would be doing and how the job would progress. His crew was outstanding, completing the roof tear off and installation all in one day. Roof looks great!
