Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I had my roof shingles replaced due to a storm damage last year. The shingles were replaced quickly, but poorly done. I’m not to happy with the poor job being done on my home. My gutter covers were staple underneath the shingles and made it look unprofessionally done.

The worst customer service I have ever received. It took multiple phone calls and voicemails to finally get a hold of anyone who could help. Apparently only one person in this whole company can get you an order number which shocks me. Once finally getting to that person he was rude and disrespectful on the phone. I would highly NOT recommend working with a company who cannot treat their customers professionally and respectfully.

Sales Rep Steve James is the best! He knows windows & structures. And stands by his customers to oversee his teams work & product. Several years later a window is now settled, is retaining moisture & dust between the panes & I am getting a free window replacement & only minimal labor charges. I can't wait to have it done & have back my beautiful spring entry stoop view over my sink through my french beveled glass window!

This is the 1st time giving a review and it is well deserved! Once in a while you find a company that gets it and is doing their work for all the right reasons. Frank spoke to us as people, no typical sales pressure, was very clear about the process, but the best part was he did it in a fun manner. We enjoyed our short time together. The family team that re-shingled our roof yesterday was fantastic, did not cut corners, and were one of the best group we have ever watched do their craft. They even took the extra time to make sure all was clean prior to leaving. We highly recommend using this company

From the start, we had a good experience. Our salesman, Steve James, was very knowledgeable, friendly and took care of dealing with the insurance company and building permits. Any time we had questions, Steve was quick to get back to us. Their crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work met our expectations. We would recommend them.

We moved into our house in Oct. of 2018. One of the first things that needed to be done was new siding. We started getting quotes in the Spring and chose Advanced Exteriors. We are very glad that we did. The work they did was excellent and looks great. Todd, the crew chief was very meticulous and made sure everything was done right. Todd & Steve were very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Advanced Exteriors.

We were delighted with the experience of getting new siding, soffit and fascia. We went from vertical to horizontal siding, and it feels like we have a new home! From our first meeting with Steve, we could tell we were working with true professionals. We got a very fair price, and the workmanship of the installation crew was superb. Every night the yard was left free of debris and materials. I would recommend them to anyone.
