Horrible customer services never shows up when says leaves and dont say anything. Employee shows up to work at 7 am. Boss dont show up for hour and half later stating he didnt know emplyee would be here. Doesnt communicated well at all and when questioned why he cant let us the renters know he says he dont need this job he can just quit. He is doing lanlord a favor...uummm so does that mean to run her around and put off job. I get house still lil wet you can scrape and do some things. After our talk his worker worked for half hour and left. Havent been back today..another day of no caulking scraping

This guy is a joke!! He shows up for 20 minutes or so and,most of that time is on his cell phone, then he just takes off with out telling me anything like are you coming back when and for how long but that is too much to ask!!Very unprofessional.He cut down all of my roses and plants around the house,and said he would cover them which he did not do and sprayed bleach water all over them so what was left of my plants was burned by all the bleach! Now it has been almost 3 weeks of him working on my house and they are still at the scraping stage lol!! I asked him why it was taking so long and why
