The vision for Via Gavannetto was to create a "100 year old" home that would be very much in keeping with the older very established neighborhood, yet at the same time do justice to the magnificent 1.76 acre lake front lot with the most commanding water views in the area. The home was built in a classical design with a brick faade; white washed to age it.

My wife, Mary, and I have had the unmistaekable pleasure to work with Charlie Clayton the past couple of years as we planned out the construction of our home on the beach in New Smyrna Beach. He is such a gentleman and goes out of his way at every opportunity to be helpful. He did so despite the risk that we might forego building and instead purchase an already existing home. But, because of who he is, we knew we were going to build our dream home with him and we haven't regretted a single moment. We think so highly of Charlie. He's first class in every respect.

I am very much passionate about construction and building design work. For this reason some days ago I met to Paul ( CEO ) .
Truly first looking I think he is very honest and smart man. I like him because of his speech. However I was busy those days for some important work . I told him and I asked him for next appointment to share my plan. He gave me word and said that after 2days we met again and then we fixed our plan.
But unfortunately he broke his words. He avoid me to met and also behaving with me as a mad . Rough word and rough behave make me very stupid and helpless . I felt very dishonor
