Had all the windows on my entire house replaced, 9 in total. Once they came in and installation day came around, Sash & Sill's team was awesome and got the job done in quite an impressive amount of time. They were very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and it was quite clear that they were very competent in their trade! They also made it clear that customer service and satisfaction are of their top priorities.

Sash & Sill was good to work with and did their best to make things right, HOWEVER, their window supplier PGT was awful. Took 9 month's to finally get my 2 windows shipped correctly. Promised many times but defaulted every time. Would not even confirm where the windows were in manufacturing process. Windows were good quality when they eventually came. If you are on a strict timetable then order from a different manufacturer unless you have a penalty clause if not delivered when promised.

Sash & Sill did an awesome job on my windows! I had full window replacement on the whole house, including a slider in my bedroom. This was 9 windows total. The installation crew was extremely punctual, professional, polite, and it was 100% clear that they were very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. It was quite impressive how quickly they were able to complete the job. It looks great and my original 1979 to 2021 window upgrade is amazing and really improved everything from curb appeal to energy efficiency and convenience.

I was very satisfied with the purchase of my hurricane windows. The installers were very professional and careful to keep my house clean. The purchase of these windows has decreased my electric bill and the outside noise level. I am most happy that the garbage truck does not wake me up at 6:30 every Tuesday morning..HA! I would use this company again.

We were quite happy with S&S and would use them again. The estimator came on time and was very professional. The price was competitive. There were some delays in getting the door from the factory as the initial one was not properly painted. The installers were skilled and careful. I have recommended them to friends. I rarely give out 5 stars.

The 2 technicians arrived at my house on time. They were very professional, kept me informed and did an excellent job with the installation. There was one component missing from my installation. However, I feel more than confident the technicians will return and finish the molding when it arrives.

We have used Sash and Sill for 2 major projects at our home. We had our front door replaced with an amazing hurricane proof door. It is protective and gorgeous. We also used them for hurricane protection. They are a local company with their own installers which is a huge plus. We have been beyond happy with their work and their professionalism. Everything installed and inspected, it has been a pleasure working with the employees at Sash & Sill. I have a background of 20+ years working with HVAC contractors so I know a good company from a bad company. These guys are definitely a very good business.
Mark, their salesperson, was friendly, professional, very patient and helpful. No pressure unlike some others we got quotes from. The price was very competitive and reasonable. The windows were delivered and installed as promised. Installation was quick and efficient. Even the inspection went well. An excellent experience overall
