After water mitigation services they needed to send a sample of my flooring for insurance replacement value on 11/26/2021. I was assured it was sent, and this was confirmed on 11/29 and addressed again on 12/1. My repairs on the bedrooms cannot move forward until this step was done. When I called again 12/8 to find out why I wasn’t getting the results they informed me that they had never sent the sample in. 12 days of waiting and being misinformed are infuriating. Being displaced is stressful enough without having incompetence on top of that. Because it was all completed they had me sign completion

I had a flood and called ServPro of La Jolla to take care of the emergency services and dry out my home. They came out within 30 minutes with the most professional crew who took great care to protect my personal property and dryout the rooms that had been flooded. These guys and gals showed themselves to be extremely professional, kind, courteous and very organized. They held my furniture hostage until I paid them in full. Servpro disassembled furniture legs from a large heavy dresser and do not know what happened to them. they can not account for my Harmon Kardon sound bar and subwoofer, they brought my TV back without a remote control, (TV can not be turned on without the remote) they can not account for my Apple Cable router, and my high speed cable modem.
I was informed they would review their inventory and warehouse and send someone out to my house the next day, that was 3 days ago.

Thank you Servpro for helping during a stressful situation. We had a flood from the upstairs bathroom that flooded our downstairs living room.
They got my house all dried out and my favorite part was having my rugs and couches cleaned.

After a slab pipe burst and caused water damage to a third of our house, Kyle and Joe coordinated a great repair! They not only supplied estimates to Safeco for the repairs, but helped coordinate all repairs including moving, flooring, and plumbing teams. I recommend Servpro 5 stars. Benny's was the lead tech, he went above and beyond the call of duty and responded to my emergency in less than an hour. He and his crew pumped 2 feet of water out of my basement then set up a drying system which got rid of the excess moisture. He and Servpro accommodated my schedule and came to pickup the equipment on my schedule.

I feel so blessed to know ServPro La Jolla! Joe and Benny helped me to take care my relative's water damage disaster last Summer with job done professionally and thoroughly! Joe was the project manager and was seriously on top of everything. He may be the most attentive person that I've ever worked with. He immediately responds to everything that I send. At the beginning of the repairs, I told him that we had a very strict deadline as I was going to be leaving on vacation. He did everything in his power to get the job done.

Wow, what a professional experience. We had water damage and they arrived the same day and went to work to get rid of the damaged materials. They surgically removed the materials and kept me appraised of what was being done. Although I don't want to have this happen again but if we do I will definitely call them. Had a great experiencing working with Servpro/Darryl Williams - water damage after a remodeling project. Drain pipe leaked into the neighbor, my downstairs (kitchen cabinet) for about a week before neighbor noticed in her living room carpet.

We had a pipe leak in our attic and the water leaked from ceiling into walls and out through our garage. Our insurance company had ServPro come out to pack up our garage and store everything. Was a little apprehensive of the company's they chose at first, but I have to say that I was quite impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of the people on the job. I used Servpro of LaJolla for flood damage repairs as well as storage of my contents. This was an exhaustive job, and I am very pleased with the entire process. They interfaced well with my Insurance Company, State Farm (they were also excellent), and always knew who I was and were very helpful. Armando was my main contact and always let me know how concerned he was that everything went well. Benny at ServPro made an unpleasant situation manageable. As a realtor I sometimes step in when there is an emergency. My client's tenants were out of town for the holidays. The next door neighbor contacted me that there may be a water leak as water was seeping into his place. I went in the tenants' unit and the carpet was so wet! The next door neighbor had dealt with this franchise previously when his water heater leaked and recommended this ServPro. When you are in a bad situation it really takes a lot for someone to make you feel calm, relives and confident that things will be back in order. My moms house suffered a slab leak and Benny from servpro showed up that evening! He is the most well mannered, polite and helpful person we could have asked for. A supply line to the toliet tank burst and flowed for 5 hours allowing water to cover every surface of my floor throughout the house. Servpro was recommended by my State Farm Insurance company. I called on a Sunday at 6pm. Within 30 minutes Benny arrived. He quickly found the source and got to work setting me a ease. Benny and his supervisor Roger were amazing, thank you both so much!
